We just purchased a home in Tennessee, while living in New York State. Jordan was extremely accommodating and delivered results in 24 hours of the inspection. He even Zoomed with us to go over findings. My wife and I found him to be personable as well as thorough and meticulous. We can tell he is hardworking, and he was timely in his communications with us. The imaging and videos demonstrating discovered deficiencies were extremely useful, especially when repair time comes. He was a font of information on how best to proceed and in helping us prioritize recommendations for repair and safety. We would highly endorse his inspection services to others.

I have used Andrew for the 3 homes I've purchased here in the Chattanooga area since moving to Chattanooga in 2021. He provides a thorough in-depth inspection from all aspects of a home construction from the foundation, electrical, plumbing, and to the roof. My current inspection was a new build in which Andrew found items that needed attention from the builder. My experience has taught me to never purchase a home without an inspection.
