Storey Inspections

Just got my inspection report for the house we are buying in TN. Jordan and Next Generation did the most thorough and complete inspection I've ever seen (and we have bought and sold three houses). He looked at everything from construction, to appliances, to plumbing, to roofing - every aspect of the house. I particularly liked the way he used a drone to inspect the roof and gables. Jordan is truly an expert and professional and knows what he is doing. He's the guy if you need a home inspection.

Jordan went above and beyond to get me a inspection done during a tight timeframe. Andrew saved me from a disaster of a home. He went through the home I was going to buy with a fine tooth comb. Boy o boy the things that he found that no one else did was amazing. His report, pictures and videos were worth every penny I paid and more. I have bought 5 or 6 houses in my life and never had a home inspection done as well as this one. Andrew did a top quality job inspecting house we were thinking of buying. We saw problems and issues that we could deal with. Andrew called before inspection informing who he was, what he was going to do and any questions or issues I may have. He informed me when he was at house to preform inspection also when I should arrive to go over items. We meet and he showed me areas of concern, he had pictures on everything, good and the bad. He said he would finish report and that evening I started reviewing. It was very detailed, he saw what we saw plus much more. His knowledge and being detailed was amazing. We are purchasing this place and with his report we know what needs to be addressed and a game plan what to do first, it is a great punch out list. Nothing major yet it does have issues that we can address ourselves, if we can't we know what trade to call.
